Dell, Intel & MicraLand Fund the Aritra Leadership Accelerator Program at IIMB

The companies – Dell India Pvt Limited, Intel Technology India Pvt Limited and MicroLand Ltd have all funded the the Aritra Leadership Accelerator Program at IIMB. They have particularly funded the women candidates for this program.

Aritra is a 12-month intensive, part-time, fast-track leadership learning journey for mid-to-senior leaders in the social sector. The program equips them with knowledge, perspectives and networks, to help build strong organisations, a network of collaborative influence and drive scalable and sustainable social impact. Leader capacity is built in myriad ways – through residential sessions at IIM-B, on-line courses, coaching sessions, mentor conversations, peer exchanges and a real-time organizational project that the Fellows work on through the course of the program. The program stays with the leader over a 5 to 7 year period – tracking their progress and providing strategic guidance as and when needed.

Today, we are onboarding our 3rd cohort of 20 leaders, with the 42 leaders having completed their journeys in our first two cohorts! Our Fellows are part of organisations that work across a spectrum of domains – healthcare, education & skilling, livelihoods for persons with disabililties, women’s empowerment and sustainability. Through their programs, these organisations reach over a 115 million lives!
